ADU Project in Niagara Falls, Ontario

This ADU was built on 12 helical piles. Each pile was rated for twice its load. Architectural and engineered drawings were provided, piles and floors beams had to be engineered, all trenching for electrical, water supply and drainage were all inspected. Once grading inspection has passed, framing started. We had aa framing inspected completed and thats when the vinyl install started and once completed, the homeowner took over the project. They were responsible for the inside.
