Between the two of us, we figured out the size of the opening, flat ceiling, pot light, structural beam between kitchen and living room, color was provide by homeowner, inspired renos inc. brought in an engineer to give footing in the basement and beam specs. One openig between the kitchen and living room was created and another between the staircase and living room. We also had to replace all the receptacles and switches to decor.
