Waterdown - Complete Home Renovation

This hous was a complete renovation except for the staircase and master bathroom. In the kitchen, we removed a load bearing wall and installed a 2 ply LVL bea. We got engineered drawings for this. Once the beam was completed we ran all necessary electrical and plumbing where needed, once completed we installed all the subfloor and drywall where needed. The floor got a second1/2" sublfoor to help with strength, the plywood was installed perpendicular from the existing ply. Glued and screwed down. We then installed 5/8" floating click handscrapped hardwood with an IIC73 pad beneath. Cabinets and counter tops followed. Before cabinets install, we made sure to prime and paint all the walls behind the cabinets. The counter tops we used were concrete. They were 2" thick with 1/2" rebar and made with sakrete cement. We sealed them with a concrete impregnator and 2 coats of sealer that were food safe. Flat ceilings, pot lights, sconces were are installed throughout the house with decor switchs and receptacles. For extra wow factor, we added a coffered ceiling to the living room area with a complete 5.1 theater surround system, completed the backsplash in a brick finish and wrapped the bulkhead beside the backsplash in the same brick. It looked really good.
The upstairs had all new hardinstalled, same as main floor, new paint throughout (Sherwin Williams), flat ceilings, all new 2 panel raised doors thoughout the house, 5 1/4" baseboard with shoemold. The main bathroom was the only nathroom with finished upstairs with schleuter membrane, soaker tub, 24"x24" floor and tub surround tile, shower pot light and both rain and regular shower head with diverter in shower.
Outside we did all new landscape with lighting, built and custom shed on a 5 1/2" concrete slab. we pulled an ESA on it because we ran consuit to the shed for electricity. The shed had outside pot lights and interior lighting.
The front doors was replaced 1/3 window insert, all new black windows, and a new black garage door. Sconces were also added outside.
