Carlisle Project

Complete basement project in Carlisle, Ontario. Dry packed all slopes in the floor, installed 2" foam on the floor with 2 layers of OSB @ 1/2" thick. They were perpendicular from one another. Framed all walls, insulated all interior, exterior walls and ceiling with rocwool insulation. Installed soundrproofing in and around all duct work, installed resilient channel, used 5/8" drywall on the ceiling and 1/2" on the walls. We did all taping, painting, finished carpentry,vinyl plank floor install . We also installed a bathroom, broke all the concrete and ran drain into a sewage pit with ejection pump to septic system outside. For the bedroom, we needed to add an egress window but we also needed to fill an existing window on the wall perpendicular to the egress window.
